Why can't you download or update Netflix/Disney+ software on the Play Store? Some software versions do not support download or update on the Play Store, so please use the "app store" instead. For questions about using Netflix, please let us know.

Is the projector compatible with external Bluetooth devices? Yes, it is compatible with external Bluetooth devices. Please connect your Bluetooth speaker to the projector.

What should I do if I have video but no audio on my projector? Dolby Sound is not supported, so please turn off any Dolby sound settings on your connected devices or Apps.

Does the projector support screen mirroring? It supports "Android" screen mirroring. Open the "wifi display" app. If you need to support "iOS" screen mirroring, please download the casting software, such as "AirScreen".

How do I hang the projector from the ceiling? 1. Remove the four footpads from the bottom of the projector. 2. Screw the ceiling mount into the holes (M4 screw) under the footpads. 3. Adjust the projection mode. For any questions, please contact the XNANO Support Team.
