To prepare a delicious cup of coffee, follow these steps:

1. Fill the COSORI CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205°F" Preset, and wait for a few minutes.
2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness using the COSORI Coffee Grinder.
3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into the COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker.
4. Slowly pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a circular motion.
5. The coffee will drip slowly into the pot, and the delicious coffee will be ready.

To descale or clean the kettle:

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Bring the liquid to a boil and let it sit for 2 hours.
3. Use a cloth to clean and wipe the inside of the kettle.
4. Rinse the kettle thoroughly with clean water and dry it with a soft, clean cloth.
5. Repeat the process as needed.

Note: 1. Ensure that you add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle, but do not exceed the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base. 2. It is normal if your kettle shows spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use, especially if the water quality in your area is hard.
